Fortunately I discovered STAT Transcription as I was transitioning to EMR. I spend a few minutes dictating each chart and the medical record is completed very quickly (usually within 24 hours). The notes are very accurate. STAT Transcription has saved me countless hours trying to populate the EMR. (Which I tried doing at the beginning!)All I can say is I wish I had found them earlier!
